If you want to report a bug please provide the following information:

1) Version of the Product that you're using.
2) Version of Windows in which the Product is installed.
    Service Pack and other fixes installed.
    Bit of the Operating System. (32-Bit or 64-Bit)
    Localization of the Operating System. (e.g. US, Italian, Spanish)
3) Please describe the steps that led to the error you encountered so we can reproduce the problem.
4) If an error message was displayed please quote the exact content.
5) If possible attach a screenshot that shows the problem.

If after contacting us you do not receive a reply, please send a new email from a different email account to which we can respond.
